Clever deal making by Mr Albers.
The chance of a free carried interest in Artemis will/has boosted the sp . Raising the $21 million they need for their browse basin farmin will now be easier and require less dilution .
Probably a rights issue coming up for the $21 mil ?
If they raised the $21 mil at say 15cps, that would add another 140 mil shares.
So 120 mil shares for Artemis, ~140mil for browse farmin, 80 mil shares currently, total 340mil shares
