It's been quite an arm wrestle this week trying to pick some of these up under 2.50. Finally have a parcel and glad to pick up a decent dividend, together with some worthwhile growth expected over the next 12 months.

Analysts seem to have factored the AUD into their forecasts for MWY, and I like that management have sought to diversify with more hardwoods - especially as I see an expected shortage in the next decade may well push the harder timbers' woodchip prices up.

The plan to set the Tiwi Islanders up with their own venture too is something I like, and is a sure bet to attract the funding required on their behalf imo.

Very interesting to note that amongst the holdings MWY owns in Victoria is a small one of 4000 ha on the outskirts of the city itself!!! Not aware of its worth, however what an asset to have for disposal when the time comes.

Thought there might have been more buying interest this given it is ex-div next week, but it does only seem to have very recently come on the radar, and has a tightly held register with close to 70% in the hands of Directors.
