re: Ann: Acquisition, Convertible Note and Bo... I still don't get it Snowy, do we know if the project is good or bad as yet? I've not seen any info to say that's it's either, hence why I'm looking for more information. I'm not a sophisticated shareholder like many of you, so a bit confused by it all... really no information, can't research the company, couldn't even find a website? did anyone else find anything?
