This investment seems on the surface to be a win win. Medical canibas is the real deal and companies in this space a really kicking goals. Merchants with ac8 know the business and the potential upside. Being in Europe is also another bonus. You would have to expect a spike when it opens. Fingers crossed.

I for one will be voting for a name change and the JV.

As I stated, I'm neither bearish nor bullish yet, but personally I like HAPA better than AC8 from what I've read so far.
