I agree. They've positioned themselves well within in Germany it seems in the rapidly evolving political landscape for MM. Currently they appear only to be selling only CBD products online via Hank Passion (Happy to be corrected on this, it's the only sales point I've been able to find to date). They appear to be involved in first mover groups, particularly the governing body.

There is quite a bit of commentary on their application to setup Cannabis based medical practces, doctors whose whole principle to treat and supply Cannabis medications. The second huge growth to come in Germany will be supply to central MJ government body at a set price across the industry, who will then supply all the wholesalers to retailers. German law is that a grower cannot be a wholesaler or retailer; and vice-versa but must sell to this body.

How they fit into all this, and the future German system is up in the air currently for all MJ. Currently all imported from Netherlands and Canada. The biggest Canadian payer is moving in also; the industry is wide open; it'll be interesting what partnerships are formed all ove the industry and whether HAPA gets into any consortiums. But currently they appear to be jockeying to occupy the space between strict medical marijuana and "lifestyle" use.

Lots more information needed from HAPA and 1PG to see what they're up to, what their plans are and how they're going to fit into the market; as well as precisely where they fit trading at the moment, as it's quite a slog finding information.
