Taking into account that a German company hasn't made a better/similar bid one should presume that there is some margin of overpay which you can offset by one's faith that Merchants and the board bring skills that outweigh that negative for an investor that's dreaming/wishing for a trader playing the snetiment but it doesn't vary the VALUA of the share unless HAPA undervalued their company. If they have management you are trusting with your money, you would hope they didn't do that..
