Are you assuming that HAPA sold you a business worth $85 million for $14 million?
Assume fair value is the best case, your SP remains the same at open. Likely costs involved in international dope and normal purchasing costs, etc... actually put a slightly lower SP at fair value upon relisting.

Research on HAPA, Euro ganja, and Germany and your new directors is your next step. That's what I'm about to do, anyway.

Don't assume Merchant has got ur back, because they don't, benefits will flow to them in the first instance at all stages. Good luck to all.
