Further to the purchase of DFL Education and divestment of Premier Fasteners (swapping businesses).
This transaction, on my sums, means AKG collects a net $6.75m cash and has to issue 3.4m shares. i.e Issuing stock for just under $2.00 per share and the current share price is just about $1.10. I'm HAPPY with that.
The net effect on earnings is not material (assuming all going well), yet it does give AKG an entry point to SE Queensland. Plus, a nice kitty to go shopping!
Effect on Net Asset Backing will be an upside of about 10 cents per share.
