re: Ann: MEO: Acquires additional 5% equity i... I tend to agree EL that the 7 US$ million seems like a reasonable price, at the lower end of a fair range but reasonable nonetheless. A cap raising would have been more damaging for shareholders and this sale more or less does away with the need for a cap raise in the next few months. I also think it is good risk management considering that the first well could be a flop.
