Thanks guys the dialogue and my own time to sit back and consider the status quo is that I am 95% confident we will see some acreage/farm in play before artemis spuds. As otherwise Albers knows he will risk seeing his large investment in mog fall to nothing if artemis turns out a duster.

It makes sense now why do the asset sale now to realize cash now for that purpose as ideal time to do so to allow time to make this transaction happen. Best time for capital raising is just before spudding which is too late to do a farm in to acquire nw acreage to derisk mog,s sp by providing a better balanced portfolio, instead of almost entirely relying on success of one asset ie Artemis.

With that in mind all makes sense to me and much happier about the sale of 5% if Artemis to raise cash in understanding what the strategy is behind this.
