re: Ann: MEO: Acquires additional 5% equity i... That's exactly right entropylord. A placement would have diluted other assets. But they're nothing compared to Artemis. This is a company maker for MOG (and CUE/MEO). It'll make them potentially a billion dollar companies versus a micro to small-cap company for MOG (based on their other assets). I would rather dilute a $10m asset, than a "hopefully" $1b asset.
Anyway...even after this deal, MOG have twice the leverage to the Artemis drill than MEO and CUE.
The smart thing to do would be to ride MOG through to spud and then transfer your holdings into MEO before results are announced. This limits your downside on bad news and will make you twice as much money on good news.
