The obvious assumption inherent in what you are saying is that nothing else MOG has is worth anything.
I don't know MOG well enough to say that, but I do know that this permit will MOST PROBABLY be worth next to nothing after the drill.
Anyway, it's only the permit/prospect valuation that interests me, as I am not a holder in MOG.
