Very true.

This has happened to me too many times.

This time last year, ( abit later in Jan 2017) when the SP tanked twice...to under $3 I loaded up. Then I watched Shortman and read J Hunt's posts. They did not correlate. It was all a game of hide and seek.
And then you look at at all the constuction work around the world, both now and planned. It became obvious to me to buy with my ears held back. ACX has the highest security rating in the USA, that is of immense value.

It is a bitterrsweet moment for me.
