I'm relatively happy having bought at 3.90 with a 100% profit, but it will be less than 12mo so ill cop a fair bit of CGT which is a shame.
I also agree with sentiment that this was going to be a nice longterm growth play like may SAAS companies before e.g. XRO REA and thus even a 100% profit in a few months feels a little shortchanged.
Lets hope for a superior proposal and lets at least enjoy the smell of shorts on the bbq.
