my thoughts are do not get caught in no-mans land if DLS get their 90%, and the offer closes, because if you are holding shares, and the offer is closed, and DLS declares that they will compulsorily acquire your shares, then you will be forced to wait until that compulsory acquisition occurs - ie I think it is at least 1 mth for the process to go through.
if DLS get less that 90%, they will assuredly delist ACN.
you may then have to wait, and hope, that DLS will come back one day with a higher offer. Which they will at some stage.
But with the directors recommending acceptance,and no chance of another offer, it's London to a brick that DLS will go through the 90%.
just keep an eye on the closing date, so you don't get stuck.
