Would have to disagree with you about managment , they are doing a great job. You think NM is getting a great deal underwriting the shares at 10c yet you think not a good deal to buy the shares at 10c so which one is it?

He is either getting a great deal with any shortfall of the cap raise buying shares at 10c in which case the retail holder can take the offer

Or

He is getting a bad deal and has to buy the shares at 10c that the retail holder doesn't want..
