Traders will be unhappy as they need to put more money in and the short term price may slow . investors should be big winners with more cash to deliver greater profits without paying interest
If the debt is convertible at 11 cents on a 10% yield we are far better giving shareholders the right to buy more shares instead of incurring more debt
