If they had borrowed to the hilt, I would agree with you. another relatively low risk purchase. Adsteam was a totally different beast - the " Adsteam Group " was a collection of cross shareholdings in numerous public companies with some good businesses ( and some pretty crappy ones ) without any way of accessing the cash - they resorted to tricky tax structures that ultimately was the undoing of the whole house of cards.
