Is anyone able to attend and ask some hard questions or video presentation . ABV offered a discounted half price rego to shareholders I understand. Love to hear some feedback.
These guys are on their knees still IMO as usual but there are hints of changing direction but it has been a long wait.
What is their cash n hand as of today and undrawn debt ability?
So they have new management clearing the decks and admitting prior errors by others and also on own watch.
Making right noises but using outside consultants so not sure right people are in staff or management.
Lots of stuff fixed and working on is management 101 so it is the results that matter to see if they get traction.
Would love to see video of microcap to see if they can present a decent position at a conference and if anyone asks them the hard questions.
Must be hard to run a business with major industrial and mining companies as your clients and only have a 10 mill market cap and why would they commit to anything long term as they don't know if you will exist going forward.
Has looked like for years that once they get traction this will suck a cap raise and then privatise it so watch out for the pump is always in the background IMO and then a lic deal to a larger manufacturer or distributor with netork for the retail so cost are lower ?
No idea when would be a right time to invest as track record of execution has IMO been so poor and won't be sure of longer term till much later ? It is a very hard market to get traction in so will need to keep a close eye on actual volume of products sold if they ever release real numbers consistently Be very wary of numbers that are actually stocking orders for wholesalers as important numbers are the actual sales .
Interested in others thoughts.
edit - quarterly out as well. 7ook in cash and 800 in tax refund so not a huge amount. Will read more later
