I would say downramp. It is pretty popular to get a run going on a small cap like G1A. Blast out some garbage on HC and twitter, drop a few shares into the market, and then watch the lemming run over the cliff. Collect the blood-soaked shares at the bottom of the cliff.
Looks like the CR floor of 15.5c is pretty solid.
