Hi Guys, just got back from a very cold & wet Albany. Answers RE: Trucking. Newmont utilizes 7 trailer road trains at Callie, carting roughly 200 tonnes from minesite to mill, which is about an hour away from the actual mine. Having 2 plants enables ABU great flexibility. Ongoing production of gold no matter the weather conditions and dont forget that TAM have some close by discoveries in the near vicinity, but due to no money have not been able to properly explore or develop them. ABU hasnt jumped into the deep end, i would suggest this is a very calculated decision.
