My opinion, for what it is worth?
I think this is a total rubbish decision. To buy a small, run down plant, miles from the centre of gravity of the deposits is absolute false economy. Save a bit in cash but cost a fortune in operating and pushes risk through the roof. Now dealing with two "state" governments, have to deal with cartage during the wet and still only get a "Mickey Mouse" plant. And this is the quality of the directions we get from those that diluted us so severely. Good value - not.
If it wasn't for the quality of the deposit, I doubt if I would stay around
