"major shareholder who will take up as much debt as possible..." - where do you get that from? Tavistock has just exercised the last of his convertable notes in last half for equity in company - no more exist and company's gearing a conservative 26-27%.

This bad news was heavily leaked and already largely factored in by market.
Should be a slow and bouncy recovery for those willing to stick around. 18-24 months investment horizon minimum.
