The agri sector is hot - ELD, RIC, TGR et al at all time highs - NUF recovering after gfc.
We've got J Lewis in the background so a takeover could come at anytime.
Shareprice earlier this year was higher than we are today and at that stage this was still a loss making enterprise looking to turn things around.
As well as being an NTA story and a turnaround story I think AAC is being rerated as a growth stock.
Investment in technology will be driving up profits over the longer term.
