Please excuse my ignorance but could you tell me what NPF stands for ?

I have been averaging down and am now heavily over weight .
Thought the transaction to get full control of T3 dome and London listing etc were all positive .
Drill results positive and business decisively moving forward with some confidence .

However the fact that the Market clearly disagrees with me gives me pause .Not sure what is up .
Some good knowledgeable and thoughtful posters here .Thanks for the insights .
I guess the mindless rampers will give us a visit when the SP begins to move lol .
