I might be wrong so please fact check this... but from my understanding cuprics zone 5 deposit is basically 10m thick of 2% of 4.2km length and must be around 800m width.. for 100mt @ 2%. And it dips down at 60 degrees. It starts at a much closer depth to surface though.. they are building 3 declines down to the ore to extract around 3.6mtpa and are upgrading the boseto concentrator from 3.0-3.6mtpa and converting to purely sulfides.. it also helps the economics that they don’t need to backfill but just mine through the 10m and let it cave in if it does..
There is plenty to like about the area... and don’t forget is was JJVR that basically found that with Hana so we got the right geos with experience in the area
