I wonder why Sprott (in whatever form) would not be an obvious source of funding as RR mentioned lately they are more keen to invest where the subject will be looking to them for development funding
(in many cases won't invest in shares if subject won't be looking at them as a funding source), and are buying MOD (as well as MTR already), consider the MOD areas about the best around despite Africa, and RR has already stated he likes to see a subject company's MP fall as the fall just makes he/Sprott continue buying more on market.
