    Morning Guys,

Yes ... this drilling was a 'fail' if we were hoping for a T3 analogue (open pit and shallow).

However, the key part, IMO, is that the NPF appears to be very widespread and potentially contiguous and with consistent grades.

We now have 3 holes for a total distance of 5km with NPF hits at each end of:

    1.4m @ 3.8% Cu

    3m @ 2.0% Cu

We have one drill core in between that didn't hit the NPF and is being deepened.

We don't know the extent (to the Eastern and Western extremities) of these holes and thus don't know just how large this "blanket" of good grade Cu is.

Likewise we don't know the lateral extent of this mineralization either.

However, the Dome is 12 km long and possibly 3km wide.

There is POTENTIALLY a lot of Cu present ... the key is how to get down there and make money.

Back of the napkin so an ocean full of salt is needed and if people can help iteratively that'd be great:

    Upside potential of A1 Dome:

12 km (long) x 3km (wide) x 2.5m (assume ave. thickness of NPF contact) = 90m cubic meters

    Let's assume a specific gravity of 2.6 [??]

    90m x 2.6 = 234m t @ 2.5% Cu = 5.85 mt of Cu

    = 12.8 B lb of Cu

The grade is good enough I think (just look at ave. porphyry grades) and if this is contiguous then would it be like mining a coal seam - pillar and room ?? ... thus just need to work out how to get down there.

All layperson speculation from me, but you can see why the MOD guys are so keen on drilling to locate the NPF.

IMO, this NPF is HUGE in extent ... if MOD can get down to it, possibly at a point where it comes closer to the surface and possibly via an open pit to start things off by mining the vein hosted and disseminated mineralisation prior to going UG then this could be a VERY large mining hub.

However, the market is very ST in nature right now, and these results are unlikely to excite any generalist investor.

    Cheers
    John
