Actually something doesnt seem right....some clarification required.......Ausnutria is one of the larger Infant formula businesses in china......they have LARGE distribution channels for offline in china and already own one of the largest goat formula brands in china (kabrita)........
Ausnutria already owns Australian Dairy Park......

the NZ factory will only have 3 SMRA/CFDA slots......

so this deal can only be for NON-CFDA approved (non CFDA registered) IF products......cross border only.....

i guess AUmake IS a cross border business......
