Got a phone call yesterday (Monday) asking if I had received AGM notice and voting form. Also asked if I intended to vote the directors' recommendation. I said yes, after which I was encouraged to send the form in on time.
Seems to me the only possible contentious item and reason for phone polling is No2 Remuneration Report.
Anyone got any ideas on this?
