I recently bought 15,000 shares at 61 cents as the financials seemed good. Only downside was the foreign majority ownership may not align with mine, especially the dividend payout ratio (I am looking for yield.)
I thought to Google "AV Jennings reviews" and got a nasty shock on http://www.productreview.com.au/p/avjennings.html
as to the low rating of satisfaction of Jennings house builders. Seems to me from this website that they have great salesmen, but fail to deliver on product.
Scroll to the end of the webpage and look at satisfaction ratings of other home builders.
Make up your own mind on the quality of this company. I will probably hold for the next dividend then exit.
