I think what the stock market doesnt understand about this, is that AVJ jennings is in the business of low income homes, and there has been continual demand for these, especially in the big states like NSW and VIC. The slow down in the housing market has not come from this area, the slowdown has come from foreign investment (which is up market living).
I really do think the market is being illogically cautious with this stock.
