Why are existing investors not offered the opportunity to invest in this capital raising...... I just don't get this type of behavior. The company says its easier and simpler process to go this way, and really don't care about existing Shareholders who actually voted to enable the company to do this type of share raising. Interesting with the courts looking at the way raisings are done, this is not also looked at.
