Good news ... Escrow means cannot sell the shares for 12 months... I suppose the fun will begin in T2 settle as it as the VWAP of share price and I am sure the investor will want his 3 millon as cheap as possible and the company will want as expensive as possible. Not good timing on T2 going onto 30 Jun as will be tax loss selling unless the share price hopefully kicks up above the last raising of 1.9 cents . good luck and DYOR
