I dont hold any of this stock myself but have been following it for some time.
This is a disgrace.
Possibly the worst roll over job i've ever seen. There must be some really sweet candy offered to management because not only is the offer well short of value, it is script and its the first knock on the door.
Where are the positives for existing shareholders?
Opportunistic and slap in the face.
