True dirkdiggler, I think you have hit the nail on the head, but there is also another variable and that is the PDN share price which has actually risen also.
At the moment PDN is $3.85 , which if you divide by 23.9 (the offer for NGM by PDN) now gives you around 16c per share in NGM given that increase.
Maybe some investors are factoring that in now, but dont forget, yesterdays closing price for NGM was actually 15.5c which doesn't leave much room for profit?
