Have seen this occur before ie Rey resources attempted takeover...sort of forces the bidder to up their bid or go away.
Interesting times ahead. Remember the golden rule on takeovers ...never sell into the initial bid. Deal is not done until 90% of share holders capitulate. Regardless of what the directors say...It is the shareholders who ultimately decide with their actions.
