Appears NGM is "Critical" to PDN s future. I doubt we will see a Cash component to this offer from PDN. I wonder who else is on his short list. Perhaps AEE in Sweden.
If someone else makes a bid on this the price may go very high... Sounds like NGM's patch is Super important to PDN. So if someone else wants it enough to bid then we could be in for somewhat agressive bid war.
I would like to know from mgmt if they have already been subject to the approachs of other suitors.., or if Pdn is the only one so far. ?
