sunburntland, I was thinking the same thing. Maybe cash and cash flows are not enough though, or they want a buffer. Either way i think this is better than a capital raising at these silly prices that would dilute the company. We need the cash to continue growth. The report was quite brief with little detail.....im sure the qtrly or an announcement regarding this should shed some light on specifics.

Hope they pay the debt of short termish..
