hi, I don't know the business too well, but feel the need to ask what they need all the money for? is this a really capital intensive business? I was thinking it wouldn't be, but the fact they want to list elsewhere so they can raise even more money than cash flow can generate and australian markets can provide is slightly perpelxing, what is it that they plan to do with it... have they advised their shareholders?
