Im not so sure something is wrong. These guys are geniuses to have managed to wrap up agreements with these massive institutions.

They have some issues though - the original deals were done in Handypay and are being transferred over - that will take a long time, and cost a lot in gratuities which shareholders will never see or hear of.

It is also a 30 year license only - so the incumbent Handypay really has the value, not NNW. Though it can be argued the value is in the license - of course it is, unless they all start fighting with each other, then your license isn't worth the paper it's written on.

Smart they are - to get those agreements is so difficult it is astounding, the people you would have to know, the money you would have to pay etc.

Hard to value this, could be worth anything. But they are smart - no denying that fact.
