This is clear evidence that their product is a failure.
It's likely other channel partners will follow suit and it will now be harder to sign up other partners.
In this latest announcement they are now using the phrase "customers". Are they "customers" are they "users" or are they "sign ups"?
It's still extremely expensive given cash burn and outlook.
