The company won't disclose "sign ups" for partners as it says it's commercially sensitive. It's entirely possible that both Barclays and Deloitte have less than 500 sign ups and could be doing worse than Suncorp, the point is nobody knows. The only figure is the total "sign ups" which includes sign ups from the direct platform. Anybody can sign up to the direct platform, I myself have sign up, and I am not using it.

Do you know of any family or friends that are using the product? Any feedback from a trusted source? I assume you don't have a business so you're not using it, but you've just had a look, correct?
