So essentially they would still gather their needed 9 million and

1. Without this crazy dillution.

2. Without bringing in an outside investor at incredibly favourable (and questionable??) terms. If they were in the USA they would have about 4-5 class actions to deal with right now..

2. Without screwing offshore investors and loosing credibility.

3. Without taking on a 5MAUD financing facility.

4. Without this ridiculous and totally unprofessional plan they offer. (it is just for laughs..5k,10k,15k without link to current share count...like selling tomatoes in a bazaar). They really need to grow up and bocome more professional/ or change financial advisors. A total disgrace.

Having said that it is still a good investment opportunity I guess, but an investor must be two times careful with them now..
