Basically it’s a capital raising at a discount to current SP. The part about drawing down another $5m from the Lind facility did not need a TH to announce.
The remaining info is just more fluff to keep the faithful interested seeing they can’t raise funds from anywhere else.
In the meantime SP is going to get hammered. New low on the way and doubt it will recover IMO.
