and there we have it - why the market just "loves" this little darling. what has changed since newera other than management?? gosh and the conversion into shares at what rate?? - will be interesting to see what SP will be at that point cause if its lot higher (so watch P&D) then will no doubt convert to shares and then sell off/hold? but if lower then well just show me the money BUT lets face it IMO if SP still hovering at this level they will go for the money, no money in bank then will go for company assets (so SHs left holding the bag) because IMO limited, if any, investors would cough up in a CR in 12 months if these shenanigans continue. all IMO.
