So after Halting Trade, then Suspending Quotations we now have the Entitlement Issue announcement. I can’t get excited about this given “Certain Directors and both CEO’s have agreed to act as priority sub-underwriters for $360,000”. Big deal that’s 4.3%... I have more skin in the game than that. How can the interim CEO’s & participating directors think that is reassuring & encouraging to those of us that brought much higher. If it was so good wouldn’t all the directors participate? What a mess .. no wonder the underwriters are demanding 2 new directors be put on the board. Best news yet !
