Seems to me that if gold can break the top of the 2011 downtrend channel, WAF could be positioned for a rare outperform if market thinks FS metrics are going to improve materially

Come that will feed into the revised FS
Really want to see a 40%+ irr imo and then it will fly. Thats long seemed to me the rough rule of thumb separating no brainer business cases from the pro forma variety.
Though eay different teams play around with discount and pre-post tax its tough to do apples vs applez
