The company have been signalling it's all about Parker Range in the last few announcements and another indication of that today. We've also seen three directors buying OM recently. Be keen to know why they chose to run a placement and not utilise the CN. Pure speculation on my part and maybe rose coloured glasses but could be that an interested party approached mgmt, wanting a piece but recognising that liquidity is generally poor in the stock. Alternative view, it was just a run of the mill raise and keep the CN facility for a rainy day.
