May be silly questions but can anyone clarify what happens if the following.
Taurus reach the 90% before the independent review and before the deadline?
Get under 90% and the independent review recommends significantly more will there be an extension by TOV for those to withdraw their acceptance and give Taurus a chance to manipulate their existing offer and drag this out again?
